DSH-1000 VERTICAL CONICAL SCREW MIXER
Application
Double Auger Conical Mixer is worldwide acknowledged as the industrial standard conical shape mixer and it is used on a wide variety of applications in the industry such as pharmaceutical, food, battery materials, dyestuff & pigment, chemical industry, fertilizer, rare earth, titanium powder etc. It is widely used to mix powder-powder, power-liquid, especially for fine powder, fiber or chip-shaped materials.
Work Principle
This machine has two augers, a long one and a short one. Bases on the principle of rotation and revolution, it conveys the material along with the augers by means of rotation. At the same time, the material is upward and downward cycled by gyratory stirring along wall surface of cone, with the central revolution.
Features
1. Highly polished inner and outer surfaces of the barrel, no dead comer, easy to discharge materials, easy to clear, no cross contamination. Confining to the requirement of GMP.
2. Control system has more choices, such as push button , HMI+PLC and so on.
3. The feeding system for this mixer can be by manual or pneumatic conveyor or vacuum feeder or screw feeder and so on
4. Machine materials : AISISUS304 , AISISUS316L, and other material .
5. For the electrical component , we mainly use international brand such as ABB ,Siemens or Schneider.
6. For the cleaning, the machine can install the spray ball to auto cleaning, but client supply the CIP system.

The agitating parts of this series mixer are relatively simple with helical blades out of a principal axis driving the material from up to down and outside spiral belt distributed by cone-shape, jointing closely with cylinder to lift the material from bottom to up.
Cone-shape spiral belt mixer offers the advantages of compact structure, low energy consumption, soft mix movement and few friction heat, usually used in the mix environment of low mix volume and high value added with small volume of device.
C,Cooling and heating
Cool or heat the materials through injecting the cold or hot medium into the jacket which is added to the outside of the mixer cylinder.Pump industrial water for cooling and steam or heat oil heated by electricity for heating.
D,Feeding Mode
The cover of this mixer can be made as full open type in the small scale production place in order to feed material manually and clean the interior of device by users.
E,Discharging Mode
Due to the mixing feature, the cone-shape spiral belt mixer is suitable for mixing the liquid materials, usually applying to agitate the mixed dye and pesticide.Under this condition, it needs to change discharge valve into butterfly valve or ball valve.
